LindenHaus is Paul and Josh - two former Schüller UK HQ staff who have spent 25+ years each specifying German kitchens. We founded the business in 2016 to do one thing properly: supply-only Nobilia and Schüller kitchens, delivered anywhere in the UK.

From Schüller UK HQ to independent retail.
Paul and Josh met at Schüller UK's head office - trading as Inhouse, based in Hexham. Josh ran the technical office, the team that engineers every UK order before it goes to the factory in Bavaria. Paul was Area Sales Manager for the Midlands, working directly with retailers to place and specify projects.
By 2016 they'd seen enough of the retail side of the industry to know it could be done better. So they left Schüller UK and started trading together as LindenHaus - a supply-only dealership built around the way German kitchens actually want to be sold: rigorous specification, honest pricing, no showroom overhead.
In 2018 we added Nobilia to the portfolio. Between them, Nobilia and Schüller cover essentially every finish, price point and style a UK homeowner might want from a German kitchen - so we've never seen the need to sell anything else. Two brands, both known inside-out.
Same factory. Very different experience.
Every Nobilia or Schüller kitchen sold in the UK rolls off the same production line in Verl or Herrieden. The cabinet, the hinge, the drawer box - all identical. What changes wildly from one dealership to the next is everything that happens around the product: how carefully your kitchen is designed, whether the specification is technically correct, how thoroughly the order is checked before it's placed with the factory, and whether anyone answers the phone when your fitter has a question on site.
Get any of those wrong and the "same" kitchen becomes a very different experience - missing parts, incompatible components, cabinets that don't fit the space, no one to call when it matters. A German kitchen is a significant investment, so the dealership you choose to place that order with is genuinely the difference between a dream project and a drawn-out nightmare. It's worth choosing someone who does this properly.

Send over your plans, photos or Pinterest board. We come back within one working day, then jump on a short call to say hello, walk through the brief and agree next steps.
- 02Design & itemised quote
Your designer builds the kitchen in full 3D CAD and returns a fully itemised quote - every carcase, front, hinge and drawer box specified, so you see exactly what you're buying.
- 03Refine, sample & sign-off
Follow-up meetings by video or phone to perfect layout, storage and finishes. Physical door, handle and worktop samples posted on request - as many rounds as it takes until you're ready to sign off.
- 04Production, delivery & install support
We place the order directly with Verl or Herrieden (typical build 8-14 weeks), then ship fully-built cabinets to your site. Once on site, your fitters can call or email us directly with any queries during install.
