Nobilia Structura captures the tactile depth of sawn timber in a hard-wearing woodgrain reproduction front. Five authentic oak and walnut finishes span natural Sierra and Havana oak, warm Como oak, dramatic Nero oak and rich Milano walnut - beautifully paired with matte lacquer islands in open-plan kitchens.

About the Nobilia Structura range.

Best suited to

  • Timber-look islands and tall banks in two-tone schemes
  • Kitchens needing consistent grain and colour across every door
  • Scandinavian, mid-century and warm minimalist interiors
  • Bright rooms where a real veneer would fade unevenly

Structura is a deep-embossed woodgrain front, and the embossing is what makes it worth its price group 3 position. The grain is pressed into the surface in register with the printed decor, so the ridges and open pores you can feel line up exactly with the timber pattern you can see. Run your hand across a door and it reads as sawn timber rather than a laminate impression of it, which is precisely where cheaper woodgrain fronts give themselves away.

Programme 382 offers five finishes: Havana Oak (402), Nero Oak (403), Sierra Oak (405), Como Oak (406) and Milano Walnut (407). Sierra is the lightest and most Scandinavian, Havana sits mid-brown and is the safest choice against most flooring, Como is warmer and slightly redder, Nero is a near-black stained oak for dramatic schemes and Milano Walnut is the richest of the five, with the tighter, darker figure you would expect from walnut.

In practice Structura almost always appears in a two-tone kitchen. The classic specification is a Structura island or tall bank with matt lacquer perimeter units, either Laser at price group 1 to hold cost down or Senso and Easytouch if you want an anti-fingerprint matt to contrast the timber. It also works well as full-height tall units flanking an integrated oven bank, where the vertical grain gives the wall real presence. Because it is a reproduction rather than veneer, colour is consistent from door to door across the whole kitchen, and it will not fade unevenly in a bright room. Rigid built cabinets, soft-close hardware and the 10 year guarantee apply as standard.
