LindenHaus is a trading name of German Kitchen Specialist Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Registered address: 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, German Kitchen Specialist Ltd is the data controller of the personal information you provide through this website.

When you submit an enquiry, brochure request or contact form, we collect:

  • Details about your project (brand preference, timescale, and any plans, drawings or images you choose to upload)

  • Our manufacturing partners (Nobilia, Schüller) and appliance suppliers (BORA, Elica, Quooker) where necessary to prepare a quotation or fulfil an order

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. Where you become a customer, we keep contract and transaction records for 7 years to meet HMRC and other legal requirements.
