It is the front we specify most often when someone wants a painted kitchen that is clearly a painted kitchen: visible handles, a slight surface texture, and a colour chosen deliberately rather than defaulted to.
Being handled rather than handleless changes how the kitchen is designed. Hardware becomes a real material decision, and the satin lacquer gives you latitude there.
