The Nobilia price list, translated into real UK numbers

Nobilia does not publish a retail price list, so this page does the next best thing: cost per linear metre by price group, three worked layouts priced end to end, and a line-by-line way to sanity check a quote you already hold.

Cost per metre

What each price group works out at per linear metre

Per-metre figures are the quickest way to read a price list, because they normalise away layout. Everything below is supply-only, inc VAT, measured along base and wall runs including standard cover panels, and excludes worktops and appliances.

Worked examples

Three real layouts, priced end to end

Per-metre rates only get you so far, because tall units, corners and islands do not cost the same as a base run. These three layouts are drawn from typical LindenHaus specifications.

3.6m single-wall galley

£6,200 - £7,400

8 cabinets, one tall unit, laminate worktop, Riva or Look front

Compact runs carry a higher share of tall and corner units, so cost per metre reads slightly above the band average.

5.5m L-shape plus 2.4m island

£11,800 - £14,600

19 cabinets, tall unit wall, island end panels, quartz worktop excluded

The most common LindenHaus specification. Structura, Easytouch and Frame all land in this window.

8m open-plan with 3m island and larder wall

£19,500 - £26,000

31 cabinets, full-height larder pair, matching panels throughout, integrated lighting

Softline, Cascada or Nordic. Matching panelwork and tall unit returns are a genuine share of this figure.

In the cabinet price

  • nBox soft-close drawer systems and Sensys hinges as standard
  • Doors, drawer fronts and interior fittings in the specified price group
  • Adjustable legs, plinth material and standard cover panels
Quoted separately
  • Worktops, upstands, splashbacks and templating
  • Appliances, sinks, taps and extraction
  • Delivery to room, installation and making good
  • Matching lacquer end panels and cornices where these are priced in the door group
Comparing quotes

Five checks before you compare two Nobilia prices

Two quotations for the same room are rarely for the same kitchen. Run these checks first, then the numbers mean something.

Is the price group stated?

A quote that names only a colour tells you nothing. The range and price group together are what set the cabinet cost, so both should appear on the specification.

Are cabinet counts itemised?

A single line saying 'kitchen furniture' cannot be compared with anything. A genuine Nobilia specification lists every unit code, width and height.

Is the panel finish spelled out?

End panels and plinths in laminate versus door-matched finish can swing a large kitchen by four figures. Both options should be priced separately.

Are handles and gola profile in or out?

Handleless gola rail, integrated grip and surface handles are all costed differently, and are a common omission on an initial quotation.

Which items are provisional?

Worktops before templating and appliances before final selection are estimates. If they are not flagged as provisional, the total is not the total.

FAQ

Nobilia price list questions

Is there a public Nobilia price list in the UK?
No. Nobilia does not publish a retail price list. Every UK price is built from the factory unit list, the range price group and the retailer's own margin, which is why the same kitchen can be quoted at wildly different figures. The per-metre bands on this page are the real-world equivalent for LindenHaus factory-direct pricing, supply-only and inc VAT.
How much is a Nobilia kitchen per linear metre?
Roughly £950 to £1,300 per metre in Price Group 1-2, £1,300 to £1,750 in Price Group 3-4, £1,750 to £2,200 in Price Group 5-6 and £2,200 upwards in the premium groups. Cost per metre rises on short runs and falls slightly on long uninterrupted base runs.
Why is my showroom Nobilia quote so much higher?
Because the factory price is only part of a showroom figure. Display stock, floor space and commissioned sales all sit on top. LindenHaus orders direct from Verl with no high street showroom overhead, so a like-for-like Nobilia specification can be up to 30% cheaper for the same factory, hardware and warranty.
Can you price-check a Nobilia quote I already have?
Yes, and it is one of the most common things we are asked to do. Send the specification or plan through the form on this page and we will return a like-for-like factory-direct figure against the same unit list, flagging anything specified differently.
Does the price list change each year?
Nobilia revises its list annually and occasionally mid-year on material surcharges. Prices are confirmed at order and held for the lead time once your order is placed, so a quotation is a snapshot rather than an indefinite offer.

Send us your plan or your existing quote

Attach a plan, a rough sketch or the quotation you already hold. We will price the same Nobilia specification factory-direct and return a CAD plan, 3D render and itemised figure, with matching panel options costed separately so nothing is hidden in a single line.

Already have a quote in hand?

We will match it line for line against the factory list and show you where the difference sits.
